Поскольку от Восточной конференции команд не будет, то в финале участвуют по 8 команд в каждой лиге в соответствии с рейтингом по итогам года.
В связи с уменьшением (по объективным причинам) количества команд "Премьер Лиги" соревнования пройдут в один день 07 декабря 2008 г. в две смены:
1 смена - финал RXL "Премьер Лига"
2 смена - финал RXL "Первая Лига"
По окончанию турнира будут награжены команды победители серии перстнями RXL за 1 место в серии( Премьер и Первой Лигах).
Победители и призеры финала RXL - Кубками Чемпион, серебрянный( бронзовый) призер соревнований.
