After a disappointing beginning to the season, our team new it had to step up in MAO to have any real chance at the series, and just to prove it to ourselves we could win.
Several things needed to and were changed after Chicago, the biggest being Dave Bains rejoining the team. We needed Dave not only for his ability to play smart paintball, but most importantly bring us back together as a team. Also, our team always has a problem with communication on the field. When we can talk effectively during an Xball match, the tournament usually goes like MAO did for us. Not to mention at this event, the DXS Gold Paint really helped us out? If any professional player tries to tell you its not a big deal when your bouncing people off the break, he doesn't know what he's talking about.. Needless to say we didn't bounce too many people and inside paint colour was very bright. Everything worked great as a matter of fact, and we should really thank Jerry for helping us with our MacDev custom Clone RL guns, which has shown great relyability and straight lane of fire.
Through a series of unfortunate events, we ended up playing each other instead of another team before this event, which actually turned out to be the best thing for us. You realize just how much other teams bitch and moan and how much your team helps you with things that can improve your game, when you play your team. And another great thing about it, you only make your team better?
Everyone on the team wants to give a big thanks to all our sponsors like PROCAPS(best quality paint), MacDev(stylish and very relyable guns), SLY(most comfortable soft gear), VIRTUE(most advansed paintball electronics)Guerillair(light weight tanks), Kustom MAde(best style for out field clothing),STYLEsupply(for the most stylish and bright jerseys at the field), PBcustoms(gunlasering from Germany), Exalt(first high quality paintball cleats), PaintballPhotography(Gary Baum personaly), SOCIALPAINTBALL(new level of PBvideo) and most importantly our fans(big thanks to AJ Carey who has perfectly made our pitbox). I know Justin, Dave, Mishka, Kostia, Kirill, and everyone else will be working hard to bring back another World Cup Trophy later this fall.
